Cyber Security Gaint McAfee Being Sold For Huge Sum Of 14 Billion Dollar - Accordingly To Multiple Reports
The cyber security firm McAfee Corporation could be sold for more than you can expect, its 14 billion dollars. Ownership may go to Advent International, a US private equity firm. If the news is true, the two companies are in the final stages of the contract.
Reuters reports that the announcement will be made on Monday. However, negotiations may be canceled at this stage.
McAfee and Advent did not respond to a request for comment.

The news of McAfee's transfer of ownership comes at a time when work is being taken as a new normal from afar due to epidemics around the world, and cyber-attacks have multiplied to seize this opportunity. As a result, there is a huge demand for antivirus and digital security software.
NortonLifeLock Inc., a US-based company, has agreed to buy Avast, a London-based UK company, for '8.1 billion to become a leader in the consumer protection software market.
Meanwhile, McAfee has set foot in the stock market in 2020. The company's share price rose 20 percent at the end of the day on Friday.
McAfee said in March it would sell its enterprise business to a consortium led by Symphony Technologies Group for 400 million in cash.
